Our Brown Butter Old Fashioned isn’t just another bottled cocktail — it’s a slow-crafted, culinary-style take on the classic. We begin by fat-washing Paradigm Whisky with real brown butter, a technique that infuses the whisky with toasted, nutty depth while leaving a silky, impossibly smooth texture.
From there, we build the cocktail with Ontario maple syrup and a precise measure of aromatic bitters — nothing else. No artificial flavours, no stabilizers, no shortcuts. Just four ingredients:
- ✦ Paradigm Whisky
- ✦ Real butter, browned to a deep nutty brown in house
- ✦ Pure Ontario maple syrup
- ✦ Aromatic bitters
The result is rich, warm, gently sweet, and deeply layered — a ready-to-pour Old Fashioned that tastes like it came straight off a bar program, not a bottling line.

SERVING NOTES
Pour 3 oz into a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir for 20 seconds until perfectly chilled.
Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
