Spirits have long been used to make fantastic cocktails, but did you know that there are endless ways to incorporate spirits and bitters into cuisine?
Join us in an intimate setting with our culinary and mixology staff. We’ve designed a 4 course, locally inspired, spirited feast with cocktail and wine pairings. You’ll get insights into the understanding of the ingredients and methods used to infuse spirits into the meal, and we’ll tell you all about the cocktails we created to pair with each course. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about Paradigm Spirits and what we produce here at 100 Kellogg Lane, and you’ll end your evening with a fabulous table side experience offered by our staff.
