2020 Heritage Release
The second release of our Heritage Collection is a celebration of Canadian Whisky blending legacy.
This single grain, 100% Canadian corn distillate rested in new American Oak for 19 years before being blended with classic Oloroso Sherry. It exemplifies what we set out to offer--a transformative whisky experience from nose to finish.
Lush and ripe red fruit and vanilla explode on the initial nose, but over time in the glass becomes quite serious with tobacco, leather and spice dominating. The palate is equally surprising, starting off as rich and velvety before exposing familiar Sherry spices with bright fruit and toasted cereal. Cocoa and nutty hazelnut undertones find themselves in the fold, while the Sherry remains persistent through a long and complex, drying finish.
Following in the footsteps of our inaugural Heritage release in 2020, it represents a new Paradigm in Canadian whisky enjoyment.
